What happens with my order?

I personally package, organize, and ship out every order from my place in Montreal (Canada, QC)!

After creating the shipping labels, I send everything out via local fulfillment service, Chit Chats.

(Please refer to the last FAQ dropdown if you have a PO Box / rural Address)

How long does shipping take?

I send all orders out in Batches at least 1-2 times a month, from there the expected times are as follows:

CANADA : 1-3 Weeks

USA : 2-4 Weeks

INTERNATIONAL : 3-6 Weeks

(Give or Take with outside factors)

Where should I have my order sent to?

For the most part standard addresses are fine, Chit Chats will ship to pretty much everywhere in North America / Overseas. However there are two notable exceptions that WILL complicate things

Rural Areas and PO Boxes (Especially Canadian ones) always have issues with being recognized, and need to be sent via the local post.

Considering the Indefinite Post Canada Strike going on, the latter option seems to be impossible atm. If you have ANYWHERE ELSE to send your order to PLEASE consider it, otherwise we can discuss a longer waiting time or refund.
